Virtual Employer Speed Dating is a perfect opportunity to speak with members whose busy season is opposite to your own. By partnering with other employers with the opposite busy-season to your own organization, you are creating recruiting partnerships. Your seasonal workers can transfer to your partner(s) when your busy season ends and your partner’s busy season begins. When your partner’s busy season ends, they can transfer the seasonal workers back to your organization for your busy season. This is a long-standing recruiting partnership, which allows for retention of staff from season to season. It also allows you to hire seasonal workers in groups rather than one-by one. You may also have the opportunity to be paired with a same-season employer, where you can collaborate to find solutions to common problems, network, discuss challenges, and more.
