How many times a year can I switch tiers?
There is no limit on how many times you can switch tiers throughout the year.

If I signed up using a promo code with a percentage off the monthly fee, does that discount carry over if I decide to switch tiers?
If you sign up using a discount code, the discount percent will carry over to the new tier. (i.e., if you received 10% off when you signed up in the basic tier and now want to upgrade tiers, the 10% off will carry over to the new tier).

Why should I switch to a lower tier instead of cancelling when recruitment slows down?
Switching to a lower tier allows you to actively stay in the platform, even when recruiting efforts have slowed down. Recruiting truly never stops, so staying in the Basic tier will allow you to stay connected with other employers and workers year-round. Employers are connecting with opposite-season organizations for recruiting throughout the course of the year. Similarly, workers are looking at employers in the platform to determine options for places to work next season.

What does upgrading my subscription look like?
When you upgrade your subscription to a higher tier, you will be required to pay the difference between your current tier’s monthly cost and the cost of the tier you are upgrading to. Once payment is remitted, you will have immediate access to your new tier and all of the additional features that come with it.

What does downgrading my subscription look like?
When you downgrade your subscription to a lower tier, this change will take place at the beginning of your next billing cycle. The cost of your subscription will be adjusted to the cost of the lower tier at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

What does cancellation look like?
If you cancel when you are signed up on an annual basis, your subscription will end at the end of your billing year. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in the billing period.
